Are you a factory or a trading company?▾
We are the factory. Zhejiang Jupeng Drinkware Co., Ltd. owns and operates a 10,000 m² production facility in Zhiying Industry Area, Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province. We have 100+ production staff across 8 workshops. There are no middlemen — you deal directly with the manufacturer, which means lower prices, faster communication, and direct access to our engineering team.
How long has Jupeng been in business?▾
We were founded in 1998 — that's decades of continuous operation in Yongkang, China. We've served 5,000+ global importers, survived multiple global economic cycles, and built a reputation on consistent quality and on-time delivery. Can I visit the factory?▾
Yes, factory visits are always welcome. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit. We'll arrange a factory tour showing all 8 workshops, QC processes, and product showroom. Yongkang is a 3-hour drive from Ningbo Port. If a physical visit isn't possible, we can arrange a live video factory tour via WhatsApp or Zoom.

Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?▾
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design for most products. A few plastic models have a 1,000-piece-per-colour minimum instead. Gift sets (combining 2-3 items) have MOQ of 500 sets. Large orders of 10,000+ pieces receive priority scheduling and better unit pricing. There's no maximum order size.
How does pricing work? Can you share a price list?▾
Pricing depends on: product model, material specification, order quantity, logo complexity, and packaging requirements. We don't publish a general price list because it wouldn't be accurate without knowing your specific requirements. Send us your target product, quantity and customization requirements via our inquiry form and we'll send a detailed price list within 24 hours — covering FOB, CIF and DDP price tiers.
What payment terms do you accept?▾
Standard terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / wire transfer). For established long-term customers: 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy. For sample orders: 100% prepayment via T/T or PayPal. Letter of Credit (LC) available for orders exceeding $50,000 USD. Western Union accepted for small amounts.
How do I get a sample before placing a bulk order?▾
Submit a sample request via our contact form or email info@jupengcup.com. Specify the product model, color, logo and packaging requirements. Sample production takes 7–10 business days. We charge sample cost at production cost (not free — to filter serious inquiries). Sample cost is 100% deducted from your first bulk order of 1,000+ pieces. Shipping via DHL/FedEx/UPS Express — buyer pays freight.
Production & Lead Times
What is the standard production lead time?▾
Samples: 7–10 business days. Standard bulk orders (OEM): 30 days from deposit payment. ODM with new mold: 60 days for tooling + 30 days production = ~90 days total. Spot stock orders (standard models, no logo): 7–15 days.
We send production milestone photos at: materials confirmed, production start, 50% complete, pre-shipment QC. Rush service is available for urgent orders — please discuss requirements with our sales team.
What happens if you miss the delivery deadline?▾
We take delivery dates seriously. Our on-time delivery rate exceeds 95%. For time-critical orders, we can include a late delivery penalty clause in the sales contract. If production is delayed due to our fault, we offer priority air freight at our cost for a portion of the order. We've never missed a critical holiday season deadline for any major retail client.

My customer requires a specific test report. Can you arrange additional testing?▾
Yes. We work with accredited labs including SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, TUV, and STQ. If your buyer requires a specific test (e.g., EN 12983, BS EN 13307, REACH, RoHS, or retailer-specific test protocols), we can arrange it. Test costs are typically borne by the buyer but we coordinate the entire process and ensure the product passes before shipment.
Do your products comply with California Proposition 65?▾
Yes. We have a Prop 65 compliance test report (SZ2022091339) from STQ Testing Services covering phthalates content (CPSIA section 108), lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) content. All products PASS. We also apply Prop 65 warning labels to products destined for California retail or Amazon US per your instructions. This is standard in our FBA prep service.

What logo printing methods are available?▾
We offer 4 core logo methods in-house: 1. Silk screen printing — 1–3 colors, most cost-effective 2. Laser engraving — permanent, premium feel 3. Heat transfer printing — full 360° color wrapping 4. UV digital printing — photo quality, optional 3D raised effect
Pad printing and in-mould labelling are available as special options, and we also offer decorative finishes such as electroplating (chrome, gold, rose gold) and embossing (3D raised logo in the metal). Our team will recommend the best method for your design and product type.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)?▾
Yes, absolutely. We sign NDAs before any proprietary design files, sketches, or trade secrets are shared. Our NDA covers: full confidentiality of your design, prohibition on sharing with other clients, non-competition clause for your specific product category. We can sign our standard NDA template or yours — whichever you prefer. This applies to all ODM projects.

Quality Control & Inspections
What is your QC process?▾
We operate a 3-stage QC system: • IQC (Incoming Quality Control) — raw material inspection: stainless steel grade, plastic composition, paint specifications • IPQC (In-Process QC) — checking at 5 production stages: body forming, welding, painting, printing, assembly • FQC (Final QC) — 100% leak test, 10% AQL sampling for appearance and function before shipment
Our defect rate is below 0.5%. We document all QC records and provide reports on request.
Can I send my own inspector or third-party inspection company?▾
Yes, we always welcome third-party inspection. We work regularly with SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and TUV inspectors. You can commission a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) at 80-100% production completion. We coordinate with your inspection company and ensure product accessibility. There is no charge from our side for third-party inspection visits.
Shipping & Export
What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you offer?▾
We offer: FOB (Yongkang/Ningbo/Shanghai — most common), EXW (Yongkang factory), CIF (Cost + Insurance + Freight to your port), and DDU/DDP (Delivered Duty Unpaid/Paid — door to door). We work with multiple freight forwarders and can provide competitive ocean freight rates for LCL (less-than-container load) and FCL (full container load).
