Container Loading: How Many Units Fit?

Before you calculate your full-container economics, you need to know what fits. Approximate unit quantities per 20ft FCL for standard vacuum thermos flasks:

500ml slim thermos (PE bag, carton 24 pcs): 7,200–8,400 units
500ml slim thermos (color gift box, carton 24 pcs): 5,400–6,000 units
750ml wide mouth (PE bag, carton 12 pcs): 4,800–5,600 units
1L thermos (PE bag, carton 12 pcs): 3,600–4,200 units

A 40ft HQ container carries approximately 65–75% more than a 20ft. For high-volume SKUs, the 40ft is almost always the right choice. Request a container loading plan from your factory before booking freight.
