What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Coffee Mugs?▾
MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
How long is the lead time?▾
Timing depends on the selected model, artwork and sample approvals, quantity, packing and shipping route. Share the date you are working toward and we’ll confirm a schedule for the sample, production and delivery stages of your order.
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
How does the customization process work?▾
Choose a model or share the use and capacity you have in mind, then send your logo, colour, quantity and packing brief. We can prepare a free digital mock-up, confirm a compatible decoration method and agree the physical sample. One contact keeps the approved artwork, sample and packing references together for production and shipment.
Can I get samples and certificates before ordering?▾
Yes. Request a sample and tell us the model and the reports your order needs. We can share what is already available and explain the arrangement for any new test.
Can you print photos or full-colour artwork on mugs?▾
Photo or full-colour artwork can be discussed for a compatible mug model and surface. Send the model, image or logo file and preferred position; we can check suitable methods, prepare a
free digital mock-up for size and placement, and confirm any sample work before production.

Our wholesale travel mugs and bulk tumblers cover mini desk sizes (260 ml–350 ml / 9–12 oz), standard car-cup-holder commuter mugs (380 ml–500 ml / 13–17 oz), and large/extra-large handled tumblers (600 ml–1200 ml / 20–40 oz) at MOQ 500 pcs. You can specify textured silicone grips or hand sleeves, screw-on leak-resistant lids, flip-top sip lids or 2-in-1 straw lids, with SUS 304/316 double-wall vacuum insulation and custom Pantone finishes.

Choose Miya, Candy or Shally and Sales Manager Beyond Lee supervises the full order process from sample to shipment; choose Beyond Lee and a dedicated assistant works alongside him to co-follow your order.
