Is the lead time reliable? What if something goes wrong?
Standard production is 30 days after deposit — a timeline we've held since 1998. You get milestone photos at production start, 50% progress, and pre-shipment. If a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs, we replace it at our cost on your next shipment.
Can you handle large, stable volume?
100+ staff, 10,000 m² facility, 3,500+ m² finished-goods warehouse. We supply buyers in 80+ countries and plan chain-account peak seasons into our production schedule. Where that volume goes is telling: Spain is now our single largest market (it recently overtook Germany), and Spanish customs checks certifications closely — which is exactly why we keep FDA, LFGB, EU 1935/2004, Prop 65 and GRS ready to hand over. Preferences shift by region, too: the US leans to larger capacities and single-wall sport bottles (plus straw-lid insulated cups for iced drinks), Europe buys across every category with insulated cups around 70% of volume, and Japan favours lighter, more compact, high-retention bottles.
Will the export documents be complete?
Abey, our customs and shipping manager, prepares the full package every shipment: Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Health Certificate. Nothing missing at the port.
