Sublimation Blanks FAQ

What is a sublimation blank?▾

A sublimation blank is a tumbler, mug or bottle coated with a polymer layer that lets you heat-press a full-colour design onto it. We apply that coating at the factory so the surface is even and the print stays sharp.

What is the MOQ for sublimation blanks?▾

500 pieces per style. You can mix sizes within a style family, and scale to pallets as your listings grow.

Are the blanks ready for a heat press at home or do you print them?▾

Both. Most sellers buy them blank and press their own designs. If you prefer, we can pre-print your design or logo and ship finished, FBA-ready units.

Do you sell raw (uncoated) blanks for laser or UV instead?▾

Yes. We supply raw stainless, powder-coated and uncoated blanks for laser engraving, UV printing or screen printing, as well as sublimation-coated ones.

Can you ship blanks directly to Amazon FBA?▾

Yes. We provide FBA cartons, FNSKU/UPC labels and polybags, and ship by sea or air direct to your fulfilment centre.

Will the blanks be consistent across reorders?▾

Yes — same dimensions and coating each batch, so your wraps and press profiles stay accurate when you reorder.

Do the blanks work with Cricut vinyl as well as sublimation?▾

Yes. The stainless and powder-coated surfaces take Cricut adhesive vinyl cleanly, and the sublimation coating is made for heat-press transfers — many Etsy and print-on-demand sellers run both methods on the same blank water bottles.
