Why borosilicate

Borosilicate Glass for Cups, Bottles and Tea

This range uses borosilicate glass bodies in sleeve-bottle, desk and infuser formats. Start with the capacity and intended drink, then review the opening, lid, care guidance and packing on a sample.

Borosilicate glass is used for its resistance to temperature changes. The chosen model’s intended use and care guidance are confirmed with the product information; we also plan protective packing around the shape and shipment.

We use thickened glass bodies in this range and work through the packing with your shipment plan. A sample lets you confirm the weight, rim, lid and logo before ordering. Carton dimensions and pieces per carton are included in the packing discussion.

The rims in this range are machine-polished. We can show the rim shape, opening and lid fit on a sample alongside your artwork.

Two honest limits. Glass is heavier than steel or Tritan, so freight per unit is higher — worth modelling before you commit to a large promotional run. And it breaks: for festivals, poolside and anywhere glass is banned, take stainless instead and we will point you at the right model.

Double-wall glass and handled shapes are options for desk and tea programmes. We confirm the construction and care guidance for the selected model.

Glass drinkware questions

Borosilicate glass is used in this range for its resistance to temperature changes. Tell us the intended drink and use, and we’ll help you choose a model and confirm the care guidance for the packaging.

Protective packing is planned around the model’s shape and the shipment. Tell us whether the cups will ship in a retail box, a gift set or bulk packing and we’ll help compare the options.

Silk screen for one to three flat colours, UV digital for full-colour and photographic artwork. Laser engraving is a stainless process and does not apply here. If the model ships with a fabric sleeve, consider printing the sleeve instead: larger area, easier registration, and your customer can refresh the branding without replacing the glass. Flat-sided bodies like TR-1034 take artwork more cleanly than curved ones.

No. Our glass range is drinking vessels — cups, tumblers and bottles — not storage jars, wine bottles, carafes or decanters. Those are a different production process and a different factory. We would rather tell you now than take the enquiry and disappoint you three weeks later.

Send the model list and quantity split. Each model's minimum, colour and decoration are confirmed separately, and we can review a combined shipment and carton plan. Mixing different models does not automatically combine their MOQ.

Glass shows tea and infused water clearly; stainless is useful when insulation or handling weight matters more. Share the use and budget and we’ll help compare the formats.

We can discuss branding on an existing glass model, including logo, suitable colour and packing options. If you need a new shape or lid detail, send the reference, dimensions and quantity so we can review development feasibility and quote the sample and tooling scope.

The range includes double-wall glass formats as well as single-wall bottles and cups. Tell us the capacity and shape you like and we’ll confirm the construction on the selected model and sample.

TR-1018 is the 300 ml tea mug with a handle and separate infuser. TR-1011 (420 / 550 ml) has a fabric sleeve and no carry cord. For a carry cord, compare TR-1014 (550 ml), TR-1021 (280 / 320 / 420 / 550 ml), TR-1032 (500 ml), TR-1039 (400 ml) and TR-1041 (300 ml). TR-1021 and TR-1032 also have fabric sleeves. Tell us the capacity and carrying style you need. For a model supplied with a sleeve, let us know whether you want it included, and we will confirm the available combination, logo position, packing and quotation.
