Choosing Drinkware for Loose-Leaf Tea

For loose-leaf tea, the infuser, lid and drink-contact surface are useful starting points. Tell us whether the range is for a desk, daily carry or a gift set and we’ll help you choose.

The interior is part of the tea-drinkware brief. Compare stainless, ceramic-lined and glass models on a sample with the tea and use you have in mind. Your contact can help confirm the selected construction and available product information.

The opening and interior also affect care. We can review the selected model’s washing guidance with the lid and infuser, ready for your product card and packing.

None of this applies if your programme is tea bags in an office. If it is loose-leaf, or your brand sells tea rather than mugs, these three things decide whether your customer keeps using the product.

Ceramic-lined drinkware is one of the ranges our team knows particularly well. We can help compare an existing body, interior, lid and logo for your tea programme.

Ceramic-lined drinkware brings together our experience with vacuum bodies and inner coatings. Ten ceramic-lined models are in the range, so many tea programmes can begin with an existing body and then choose the logo, colour and packing.

It also connects to where this factory began. Before we sold finished flasks under our own name, we made the vacuum liners other manufacturers built their products around — the inner vessel, the component that decides how well a flask holds temperature. A ceramic lining is applied to exactly that component. We have been making the part it goes onto for longer than we have been selling finished goods.

Care guidance goes with the selected ceramic-lined model. Use a soft sponge and avoid abrasive scourers; tell us the washing routine so we can confirm the instructions for your programme and packing.

Tea drinkware questions

Stainless, ceramic-lined and glass models offer different drink-contact surfaces. Compare them on a sample with your intended tea and use, then confirm the chosen model and care information for the order.

Selected models have removable infusers. Send the model you like so we can confirm the basket, opening and lid on a sample and include the agreed use and care wording with the packing.

Our ceramic-lined models have a coating on a stainless body rather than a fired ceramic body. Share the intended use and capacity so we can compare the chosen interior, lid and sample with your brief.

Double-wall glass keeps the outside comfortable to hold and slows cooling, but it is not a vacuum flask and should not be sold as one. It is a desk and café product where watching the leaves unfurl is part of the appeal. If your customer needs tea hot for hours in a bag, specify a vacuum flask instead — the TH or TI models.

Tell us the tea programme and display-lid model you are considering. We can show the lid action and display on a sample; any brewing guidance for your packaging can follow the wording supplied by your tea brand.

MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
