How do you verify insulation performance before shipping?▾
We keep the approved sample as the reference for production and compare the first unit against the confirmed details. If your order needs a particular inspection or performance report, tell us early so we can confirm the scope and arrange it with you.
Can I order different colors in one shipment?▾
Yes, we can discuss a combined shipment of the agreed colours. The stock-colour minimum is checked for each model; for the 29 models under the confirmed rule, stock colours can be mixed to reach 500 pieces total per model. Send the model list and colour split so we can plan quantities and cartons together.
What's the minimum for a custom Pantone color match?▾
For models covered by the confirmed custom-colour rule, a custom Pantone starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Send the selected model and colour reference; we will check compatibility with its material and finish, then agree the sample reference and applicable minimum before quotation.
Do you offer vacuum-insulated thermos flasks with bamboo lids?▾
For bamboo-shell or bamboo-lid options, compare the dedicated bamboo range. Tell us the capacity, lid and artwork you need so we can confirm a suitable model and its care instructions.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Thermos Flasks?▾
MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
How long is the lead time?▾
Timing depends on the selected model, artwork and sample approvals, quantity, packing and shipping route. Share the date you are working toward and we’ll confirm a schedule for the sample, production and delivery stages of your order.
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
How does the customization process work?▾
Choose a model or share the use and capacity you have in mind, then send your logo, colour, quantity and packing brief. We can prepare a free digital mock-up, confirm a compatible decoration method and agree the physical sample. One contact keeps the approved artwork, sample and packing references together for production and shipment.
Can I get samples and certificates before ordering?▾
Yes. Request a sample and tell us the model and the reports your order needs. We can share what is already available and explain the arrangement for any new test.
What capacities and insulation specs do you offer as a China vacuum flask and thermos bottle manufacturer?▾
We manufacture double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel thermos bottles across 350 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, 1000 ml and 1500 ml–2000 ml capacities from MOQ 500 pcs per model. Options include food-grade SUS 304 (18/8) or SUS 316 inner liners, batch vacuum insulation testing before packing, custom Pantone powder coating, laser or UV logo branding, and packed carton cubic data for EXW, FOB or DDP shipping.
