Nine models from 300 ml to 2.8 litres, including three vacuum formats and six compartment or stacking containers. We confirm the selected construction, product data and packing for the use you have in mind.
Tell us about the meals your customers carry and how they use the container. We can help compare the listed capacity, compartments, opening, handle and packing, then review the chosen model on a sample with you.
TM-1003, TM-1004 and TM-1007 are the vacuum formats in this range. The stacking formats offer separate tiers for portions. We can work through the construction and available product information with you, so your quotation and packaging describe the model you selected.
For a vacuum model, we can confirm the available performance information and care guidance. Our food-thermos guide explains the factors behind heat retention. You can also compare our food jars if a single wide opening suits your brief.
Send your logo, quantity and packing idea. We can prepare a free digital mock-up on a selected model; your contact can keep the compartment choice, artwork and packing together as we work through the sample and order.
The vacuum lunch-box models are TM-1003, TM-1004 and TM-1007. We confirm the capacity, available product data and care guidance for your chosen model, alongside the sample and packing.
Double-wall vacuum, 304 stainless inner, 1400–2000 ml. These are the ones to specify when the brief says hot food with no microwave at the other end.

TM-1003 — 1400/1600/2000 ml
Round barrel with three stacking dishes inside and a folding handle. The largest capacities in the range at 1400-2000 ml, and the model a Thai hotel group buys for staff welfare packs.

TM-1004 — 1400/1600/2000 ml
The dishes lift out and stack separately, so rice does not sit in sauce for four hours. Built for site and factory canteens where portions get carried a long way before they are eaten.

TM-1007 — 1500/2000 ml
Soft-grip handle plus a plastic side box for a dry dish. The most customisable of the three, which is why corporate gifting buyers take this one.
No vacuum layer. Lighter, cheaper, and the right answer when the meal gets reheated at the other end or eaten cold. Say so on your packaging and these sell well; imply otherwise and they come back.

TM-1019 — 650/1250/1900/2550 ml
Square body in macaron colours, 650-2550 ml. The square footprint sits flat in a bag, which a round one cannot, and the colours suit a younger buyer.

TM-1018 — 700/1400/2100/2800 ml
Round tiers you can stack to whatever depth you need, 700-2800 ml. Four capacities that share one lid, which is what makes it work for market and value retail.

TM-1002 — 400/800/1200/1600 ml
The plain-colour version of the same body, up to 1600 ml. Four capacities, and the one corporate buyers pick when the box has to carry a logo rather than a cartoon.

TM-1001 — 400/800/1200 ml
Two or three tiers with a folding handle, 400-1200 ml. Bright colours aimed at children and students, and the lowest entry price in the range.

TM-1020 — 1300/1400 ml
All-plastic with fixed compartments, microwave safe - which none of the stainless models are. Aimed at meal prep and student canteens where reheating matters more than insulation.

TM-1017 — 300/500 ml
Single tier, flip lid, 300-500 ml. No insulation at all - this is a container, and it is priced like one. School canteens and picnic use.

These lunch boxes were supplied to a US association for its 16th annual meeting and reunion in Chicago, with the crest, event name, city and year laser-marked onto the stainless body. For your own commemorative gift, we can review the artwork size and position together on the sample before the run.
What the artwork needs to be. Laser reads as one tone in the colour of the steel, so line art and text work beautifully while gradients and photographs do not. Send vector if you have it; we will tell you honestly if a crest is too fine to hold at the size you want.
Six kinds of buyer order this range, and each one gets caught by something different. These apply to every model in the range — the model pages then tell you what changes for that particular one.
Importers & wholesalers — What your landed cost actually turns on
Compare the product and packing together: pieces per carton, carton size and shipping route all affect the landed cost. We can quote EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, or DDP so you can choose the arrangement that fits your team.
Brand owners & private label — Three separate budget lines, not one
Your logo, colours and packing can be quoted as separate choices. Send the artwork and quantity and we’ll help put them into a clear order plan. An NDA is available for proprietary designs.
Retail chains — Getting through the receiving door
Share the retailer’s packing manual early. Barcode artwork, carton marks and inner quantities can be worked through with the sample, so the product and receiving requirements stay together.
Promotional distributors — Working backwards from the in-hands date
Share your in-hands date at enquiry. We’ll work back through the printed sample, artwork approval, production and shipping, and discuss the options if timing is tight.
Amazon & e-commerce sellers — FBA-ready at the factory, not at a prep centre
Send your shipment plan and label instructions. We can arrange the agreed unit labels, packing and carton marks here, then coordinate the shipping details with you.
End users & institutions — Models and care guidance for institutional use
Tell us how the product will be used and washed. We can help choose a model, logo method and care guidance, with a sample for your team to handle before ordering.
Capacity, compartment layout, handle and lid are easiest to discuss together on the sample. Tell us whether the meal needs to stay warm, stay separate or be reheated at the destination and we’ll help choose the model.
The first finished unit is compared with the sample you approved before the run continues. If a detail has moved, it is adjusted at that stage. Your approved sample stays with us as the reference for the order.
Three models from this range, photographed as they ship. Every one takes your logo from 500 pieces.

Five steps, and you know where the order is at each one. Most thermos lunch boxes programmes run this exact path.
Tell us the model, quantity, logo and packaging — or send the brief and we will name the model.
Quotation after reviewing your brief, with your logo mock-up and colour reference.
Review the selected model, colour, logo placement and packing on a sample. We agree the sample scope and timing with you before arranging it.
Once the sample, artwork and order terms are approved, your contact confirms the production schedule and keeps you updated, using the agreed details as the reference.
EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, or DDP door to door — retail or FBA packing done here.
Send the capacity, logo method, quantity and target in-hands date. We reply with factory-direct pricing and a sample plan, usually after reviewing your brief.

A lunch box is planned around cooked food and compartments. A food jar is a separate format used for portions and heat-retaining preparation. We confirm the chosen model’s instructions and intended use rather than transferring one range’s description to another.
Only TM-1020, which is all-plastic with fixed compartments. Every stainless model — vacuum or not — cannot go in a microwave, and that is a property of the steel rather than a shortcut on our side. For meal-prep and student-canteen programmes where reheating is the whole point, TM-1020 is the one to look at.
We can help with the available measurements and conditions for the selected vacuum model. Fill level, lid opening and use affect the result, so we confirm the product and care wording before it goes on the packing. The non-vacuum models have a different construction.
