Compare laser engraving, silk screen, UV and heat transfer with your artwork and selected surface.
Your artwork, body surface and intended use help decide the logo method. Here are the four methods we use, with a sample and proof to help you choose the finish for your programme.
We run laser, silk-screen, UV and heat-transfer in-house — each suits a different job.

Planning Custom Logos, Cup Styles or Bulk Orders? Here Is How We Help
Whether you want to put your logo on an in-stock model (from 500 pcs) or develop a new cup shape, one named contact follows your free digital mock-up, physical sample, packing and shipment — with Sales Manager Beyond Lee supervising the full order process. When production starts, the first finished piece is compared against your approved sample before the run continues, and we keep your agreed material, lid and accessory requirements first rather than cutting corners to hit a lower price.
Choose the decoration around the artwork, product surface and intended use. A printed sample helps you confirm the look and care guidance before the bulk run.
Laser makes an etched single-tone mark on suitable metal. Silk screen, UV and heat transfer offer different colour and artwork options. We can help choose the method and show the finish on a sample.
Laser gives a single-tone mark, while silk screen adds brand colours. The right choice depends on the look you want and the selected surface; we can show both finishes on suitable models.
UV print: plan for the colour proof
UV digital can reproduce gradients, photographs and detailed artwork on compatible surfaces. Confirm the colour and placement on a proof and sample, with time allowed for any adjustments before production.
Allow time for the colour proof while the order is being planned. Once you approve it, we keep that reference with the artwork for production and later reorders.
Heat transfer — including on matte
Heat transfer can create wraparound artwork. The film and base finish need to be matched, including on matte bodies. We can confirm a suitable combination on the sample before the bulk run.
One more thing: the finish matters too
Plan the packing alongside the surface finish. We can show individual boxes and insert options, then confirm the arrangement and carton counts for your chosen model.
Send the artwork and intended use, and we can help choose the logo method, prepare a proof and quote the product with its packing.
Frequently asked questions
How do artwork colours and detail affect the logo method?▾
A simple one- or few-colour mark, detailed full-colour artwork and a single-tone engraved mark can call for different methods. Share the artwork and product surface so suitable options can be compared on a proof or sample.
When can laser engraving suit a bottle logo?▾
Engraving can create a single-tone mark on a compatible metal surface. The visible result depends on the chosen model and finish, so check the proposed position on a proof or sample.
When can screen printing suit drinkware artwork?▾
Screen printing can suit a small number of spot colours on a compatible surface. Share the artwork and selected model so the colours, print area and placement can be reviewed together.
Can UV printing reproduce detailed or full-colour artwork?▾
UV printing can be considered for detailed artwork on compatible models. Share the file and product surface, then review colour and placement on a proof or sample.
When can heat transfer suit a bottle design?▾
Heat transfer can be considered for wraparound artwork on a compatible body. The film and exterior finish need to be reviewed together on the chosen model and sample.
What should I compare before choosing a logo method?▾
Compare the artwork detail, number of colours, body surface, finish and intended logo area. A proof or sample helps you review the combined result for the selected model.
Which sales representative should I contact for samples, mock-ups or a quotation on this topic?▾
All four sales representatives — Beyond Lee, Miya Wu, Candy Tang and Shally Zhang — welcome global buyers in English and take part in our internal service competition to provide the most attentive follow-up. Choose Miya, Candy or Shally and Sales Manager Beyond Lee supervises the full order process from sample to shipment; choose Beyond Lee and a dedicated assistant works alongside him to co-follow your order. Each contact serves global buyers in English first and is also particularly familiar with specific order types and regional markets: Beyond Lee for custom development, logo options and new tooling; Miya Wu for supermarket, retail, online/FBA and brand orders (esp. Europe, Russia & CIS); Candy Tang for promotional gift campaigns and multi-item sets (esp. the US & Canada, Spain & Latin America, Oceania and select African markets); and Shally Zhang for volume orders, container scheduling and incoming accessory checks (esp. Brazil & Portugal, Southeast Asia and the Middle East).
Share the model or product type, quantity, colours, logo and packing you have in mind. We'll confirm the applicable minimum, sample plan and production schedule for that specific order, then help compare delivery options for your destination.
