Choose the Material Around the Use

A gym bottle, a school cup and an insulated commuter bottle need different shapes and lids. Start with the use and capacity, then work through the material, logo and packing with us.

PP, Tritan, silicone and stainless steel appear in different models. Your contact can confirm the material and available report scope for the chosen item.

Materials to Compare on Your Chosen Model

The material is identified in the chosen model specification. These options give you a starting point for comparing the format and use.

MaterialTypical componentsOrder discussion
Polypropylene (PP)Plastic bottle bodies and lids on suitable modelsCapacity, lid style, colour and logo method
TritanClear bottle bodies and selected lidsShape, clarity and the artwork to see on a sample
SiliconeSeals, sleeves and collapsible formatsThe component and care guidance for the selected model
Stainless steelSingle-wall and vacuum body formatsThe listed grade, lid, capacity and any interior lining

Send your preferred capacity and the clarity or weight you have in mind. We can compare the available materials on a sample and confirm them in the quotation.

Stainless bottles: the body is not the whole product

A stainless bottle also has a lid, seal and sometimes a straw or inner lining. These details are considered together when the model and product documents are confirmed.

Choose the body and lid together, and tell us which product information your buyer needs. We’ll help find the relevant documents for the model.

The logo application is in scope too

Send the logo file and the body colour you prefer. We’ll compare the available methods on the chosen material and confirm the artwork before production.

Silk screen, UV, laser engraving and heat transfer are available across suitable models. Your contact can help choose a method that fits the artwork and quantity.

Plan the Reports Alongside the Product

Tell us the model, quantity and reports your order needs. Existing reports go with the goods. For a model that has not been tested, Jupeng covers the agreed new testing on a first order of 1,000 pieces or more; smaller orders carry the testing cost separately. We confirm the scope and timing with you before arranging it.

Share your buyer’s document and label request early so the model, printing and packing can be worked through together. Your importer or broker can confirm the market entry requirements.

What we make, and how ordering works

Compare sport bottles and protein shakers, vacuum flasks, insulated tumblers, glass bottles and promotional plastic bottles by the actual model and components. Your contact can help choose a sample and identify the existing reports relevant to your buyer’s brief.

Timing depends on the selected model, artwork and sample approvals, quantity, packing and shipping route. Share the date you are working toward and we’ll confirm a schedule for the sample, production and delivery stages of your order.

Available product reports and the supplier’s 2022 draft packaging record are on the reports page. Tell us your model and we’ll help check the scope.

From enquiry to delivered goods — five steps

Enquiry

Share your market and buyer’s document request early, so we can bring the model information, available reports and packing artwork together.

Quote once we review your brief

We can put the model, material, artwork and packing into the quotation, with a digital mockup and help finding the available documents for your order.

Printed sample — timing confirmed for the selected model

Approve the physical sample and artwork. The sample stays with us as the reference for production.

Production — schedule agreed for the order

Starts at sample approval and deposit, not at first email. We inspect our own sampling pass.

Shipping with documents

EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. Where a model has already been tested, its report travels with the shipment; where it has not, a new test can be run on a first order.

Where these bottles are made

Eight workshops in Yongkang, Zhejiang, running since 1998 — moulding, spray painting, printing, assembly and inspection under one roof.
